Tariff refunds

Am I owed an IEEPA refund?

On February 20, 2026 the Supreme Court held that IEEPA did not authorize the 2025 tariffs. CBP refunds those duties entry by entry, and each entry’s deadline counts from its own liquidation date. A few totals give you a range.

$
All duties, not only IEEPA. Your broker’s statements or ACE show the total.

IEEPA duty sits on 9903.01 and 9903.02 lines. A broker can usually tell you the share.

No upload, no account. Completed estimates are counted anonymously, with no name or email.

What the refund packet contains

Nothing is uploaded on this page. Create a free account to upload your ES-003 report, 7501 data or carrier duty invoices in Tariff refunds. Finding the IEEPA lines, the refund and interest on each entry, and every deadline are free. The packet is what you hand your broker.

CAPE file

The CSV CBP asks for: one Entry Number column, your CAPE-eligible entries, checked against the format rules before your broker uploads it.

Broker instruction letter

Which entries go on the CAPE Declaration, which need a protest, and by when, for your broker to act on.

Protest packet

For entries past CAPE’s 80 days but inside the 180-day protest window under 19 U.S.C. 1514.

Carrier demand letters

For entries where FedEx, UPS or DHL was importer of record, asking the carrier to pass the refund through.

One flat price, set by your recoverable refund

The price is set by the refund principal you can recover now: never interest, entries waiting on CBP, or a percentage. One purchase covers your organization’s entries through the end of 2027. If later entries move you into a higher tier, you pay only the difference.

Recoverable duties up to $15,000

$299

Once per organization, entries through 2027.

Recoverable duties from $15,000 to $75,000

$699

Once per organization, entries through 2027.

Recoverable duties above $75,000

$1,499

Once per organization, entries through 2027.

For refunds under about $3,000, a broker’s per-entry fee may cost less than the packet.

FluxFina prepares. You or your broker file.

CBP accepts a CAPE Declaration only from the importer of record or the licensed customs broker who filed the entries. FluxFina never files with CBP and never takes a share of your refund. Everything it produces is preparation for you or your broker, not legal or customs advice.
